$500 fixed fee
The Camp Lead assists the Camp Director in all administrative duties. They are the second-in-command, in charge of managing the camp when the Camp Director is not present. The Camp Lead is directly in charge of student discipline and camp safety, and works with the Camp Director to establish a disciplinary structure and safety plan. Responsibilities include directly overseeing staff; assisting in clerical work for the program; ensuring maximum health and safety of all students; and completing other duties as necessary. Administrators may be asked to serve as a temporary substitute in a performing arts classroom in the event of teacher absence. Current First Aid/CPR Certification required. At least one year in a childcare or educational job setting required. Experience working in the performing arts field is preferred.
