Broadway KIDS!
Broadway KIDS! is a free program, offered to kids ages 8-15, giving them the opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of musical theatre, within an interactive setting.
Through a 3 month rehearsal process, students learn various musical theatre songs, taught by passionate artists in the Yuba Sutter community. This program also functions as the perfect lead-in to our annual spring musical.
This program meets on Saturdays, from 10:00am-1:00pm. Interested families should contact Program Director Julian Barkley-Brinson, either by calling (530) 933-0223 or by clicking the link below.
Broadway KIDS Show Breakdown: The Best of the JR Collection!
Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday to audition! You are all fanastic performers, and we’re very excited for this program! Everyone will be in the show, and everyone will have a featured role. We encourage everyone to PRACTICE their songs, by clicking on them! They take you to YouTube links of the versions we are performing for the show.
Everyone is required to come to the first rehearsal, September 3 from 6:00-8:00pm. We will be doing some dancing, and there will be important information available. Parents are also asked to attend, as we will be having our first Parent Meeting to discuss logistics for the program.
