Rise Up: Unlimited!

Spring Session: Dear Edwina JR!

Our traveling performance group! This incredible program gives kids ages 8-15 the opportunity to perform in the Yuba-Sutter community. In our spring session, we are also going to elementary schools! This is a fun program where students learn about theatre through a family-like environment.

We are holding auditions for this program on Sunday, January 19th from 12:00-2:00pm. Kids ages 8-15 are welcome to audition! This is an audition based program.

Participants should bring one minute of a musical theatre song, with karaoke on YouTube that can be loaded on the audition day. Examples can be found in the link below. Participants should also bring comfortable clothes to dance in, as there will also be a dance audition component.

We are excited to see everyone audition. For any questions on auditions, please contact Julian Barkley-Brinson at (530) 933-0223 or by emailing jbarkleybrinson@riseupys.org.

Dear Edwina Cast List

Thank you to everyone who auditioned! We are very excited to have you in the program. Please read through your scripts, and/or watch a version or two of the show on YouTube. I will provide links to music and recordings of the show below. While this musical is unfamiliar, it’s a sweet show that we feel fits this group well!

See you next Sunday, when we get started on Paw Paw Michigan Music and Choreography!
